Taiwan By Ed Robinson & Bill Belknap For Strategic Perception Inc
Description: Not what you might expect from a post-scoring team of composers, but fun for the ears. Fred Davis and Strategic Perception once again create a challenge for our musical experience. Fred wrote and directed a film to promote a world themed mall in Taiwan. Ed Robinson's musical background and education created this odyssey from Asia. We are accustomed to customizing music.

Republican National Convention Overture By Ed Robinson And Bill Belknap
Description: Regardless of your political convictions, imagine the opportunity Ed and I received to score 40 short films about historical Americans in 2008. A dream come true. Strategic Perception Inc. Fred Davis and company wrote, produced, and directed these films, and fellow Tulsan's Steelehouse, a great post production facility edited them. This music is the "Overture" that started each evenings events. It includes most of the musical themes for the films. You can watch my favorite short film in the MEDIA section of our site, called "Medal of Honor." It will break your heart.

Big Guy With A Big Mouth By Andy Gravity From Skate Or Die
Description: Andy Gravity was the band I live to perform with. Yes Buddha, now is then, and this is when? This song is a true story. I wrote the lyrics about.. well, just listen. Stan Clark (Eskimo Joe's) delivers a bust out vocal, with a powerful rhythm section and big band horns, this is sure to capture the imagination of anybody who never played in a band and had to tear down equipment. Available at Eskimo Joe's.

Got To Plan My Lovin' You By Dartanion Unreleased
Description: Gary Thompkins is Dartanion. Way ahead of his time. I just love this little guy. One of the most expressive vocalists I ever worked with. Producing/engineering Vocalists is one of my specialties. It can be a horror show or the Bahamas. Gary is the water slide in the Bahamas. Peter Nichols said, after listening to the Dartanion demos, "Bill, you will engineer and produce many records that you love, but no one will ever hear." Sadly he was right about this one. But... please listen.

Juke Jump Jive By Bill Belknap & Ed Robinson From All Roads Lead To Joe's
Description: This song is one in of a group of songs to celebrate Eskimo Joe's opening anniversary. This is Stan Clark's 25th Anniversary song. I love this one. Talk about some break-neck swing, with machine gun lyrics, only one man could sing that fast...and it's Stan Clark. Got to say, he's one of my favorite people on the planet. Everybody's best friend, but I've got his back. Available at Eskimo Joe's.

Julie By 20/20 From Interstate
Description: I love writing, producing and engineering music, but I love performing just as much. Two great friends shortened my bucket list. Steve Allen and Ron Flynt of 20/20, the power-pop band, invited me to be their drummer/producer in 1994. We wrote and recorded 2 records, 4 Day Tornado and Interstate 20/20. I got to perform with them, original music, to sold out crowds in L.A. and NYC. This song was originated by my lovely Elizabeth. She wrote 3 pages of Dylanish lyrics after watching a documentary about Marina Oswald. I came up with the title and Ron made it a song.

Special By Dartanion Unreleased
Description: Dartanion is an artist named Gary Thompkins. This goes way back to the Long Branch Studios days. Imagine Emitt Smith but smaller. He walked into the studio with a Gibson SG guitar and wants to make a demo just him playing and singing. When he starts playing electric guitar (without a pick) I was stunned. Then when he started singing, he had me. This was my first investment in producing for the art. I truly love his voice. He is so kind and yet bold you just want to put him in your pocket and protect him. WAY ahead of his time. Nobody used one name in 1984. Enjoy!

Gonna Burn Tonight By Barton & Sweeney From On The Time Line
Description: George and Mark are at the top of their game here. The album "On The Time Line" is one of my favorite projects of all time. Not only are they great musicians, but great people. I co-produced this record with them, and introduced them to a click track. They'll probably never forgive me. I got to perform drums on several of the tracks including this one. I'll have to talk to George about getting this album on iTunes. They still have CD's available. Oh, and the CD cover you see is for the first album, River Of Red, not "Time Line." It's a great record too/

This Is All: By The Nerve From Alien Scene
Description: My good friend Stephen Rodolf wrote this for his band THE NERVE. (One of the great all time band names) They were a popular Punk/Grunge group in the early '80's. Stephen got the group to come to Tulsa in 2009 to record an EP, which was well received in Europe. Lucky for me they didn't have a drummer. So i got to perorme and produce. I love the way Buck delivers Stephen's dark lyrics. Available on iTunes.

All Roads Lead To Joe's By Rick Bently, Stan Clark, Bill Belknap, Ed Robinson Eskimo Joe's
Description: Stan Clark and I go way back. He performed as Andy Gravity's lead singer for five of my favorite years. Now we get together every 5 years to do a song for Eskimo Joe's anniversary. This is the latest.

I Never Did No Hitler 20/20 Interstate
Description: Steve Allen, Ron Flynt and I comprised the band 20/20 in the 1990's. This song jump started the Interstate 2020 album. Steve delivers a powerful vocal backed by some Beatles influenced production. Really like this one, but one bit of advice, don't use the word "Hitler" in a song, even as a verb. The album is available on iTunes.
